  I was very pleased with my trip for assistance at this location. I was treated with courtesy, my issue was resolved and I left with a greater knowledge of my new phone. I highly recommend this location to everyone needing services and instruction on the phone's capabilities.

  Jordan is the BEST!! So nice, friendly and understanding. He helped me get the best deal on phones for my kids!! Only store I will be going back too. Also my chips in my phone for mixed up. I went to the South Lebanon store first. And the manager there for my phone and account messed up. Jordan at the Lebanon store was able to fix things and quuck!!

  James the store mgr was very short staffed and working the store alone. He was helping customers 2 and 3 at a time and even with the most menial tasks that his customers would normally do on their own but didn't have the knowledge to do. He was very courteous and extremely helpful.
