- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆April 21, 2020, by tom reedCustomer service is very poor. Try to have them come out to do some repair work. I went to the shop and they said they would and installer contact me. The installer contact me left me a message and said I have to contact the shop to set up another appointment. I contact the shop and then the owner hangs up on me. This was the second attempt to have Carol carpets come out and do this the first time my wife had the exact same experience.
